Our construction process consists of key stages

Base Stage Site setup, excavation, drainage and pipework, and slab construction.

Frame Stage: Wall frames, roof trusses, roughing in plumbing, water and gas, and electrical.

Lockup Stage: Building wrap, window attachment, roof cladding, wall completion, fascia boards, gutters, and door installation.

Fixing Stage: Installation of insulation, air conditioning/ducted heating, waterproofing, tiling, portico, and carpets.

Completion Stage: Completion of plumbing and electrical work, internal and external painting, final carpentry, internal floor finishes, cleanup, appliance installation, and handover.
